Towie star Gemma Collins wants to make robot versions of her parents before they die so 'they're still with me'

REALITY star Gemma Collins says she wants to make robot versions of her parents Alan and Joan before they die.

The Towie favourite, 39, would also consider a robot boyfriend and baby — as well as an android to tidy her house to save cash on paying a cleaner.

She said on her Gemma Collins podcast: “When your parents pass away, you could recreate them in a robot form so you felt like they were with you.

"That (idea) makes me so happy.”

She added: “I am going to look into the process of definitely cloning my parents and if all else fails I am going to get myself a robot boyfriend and a robot baby.”

Gemma said: "Funnily enough my dad was calling me from his work the other day and I thought one day he won't be able to call me from his work.

"I will miss the calls because I'm always like 'oh no it's my dad I've got to take the call'."

She added: "I'm thinking [having robots] could also cut down my wage bills because I have quite a lot of help in the house.

"I might as well get a robot to do it.

"It would be a lot cheaper."

The reality star's dad Alan Collins, 72, is the man behind the diva and is married to her mum Joan.

Gemma has previously confessed that she had to ask for his permission before she could make big purchases.
